We accept Visa, Master Card and Discover. Once payment has been processed we will ship out your order.

Be sure to provide your complete and accurate shipping address. Failure to provide the correct address, suite or building number may cause your package to be delayed, lost or returned to sender. It would be an expense for which neither the shipper nor Doctor Inspired Formulations would be liable for. If we have a delivery confirmation your package is considered delivered.

All shipments are sent through the US Post Office with a choice of priority mail or priority express with rates posted on the online store during checkout. We will not be held responsible for delayed packages due to an "Act of God" which is a weather condition or other unforeseen issues that prevent the shipper from making the delivery. The Post Office has the right to leave a notice if they feel it was an unsecure location to leave the package. It's your responsibility to contact your local Post Office to make arrangements to retrieve the package. Please be aware that USPS Priority Mail is not a day or time specific delivery option, and Express Mail is NOT always a next day service. For some areas it is a two day service. Please allow approximately 3 to 5 business days for your package to arrive. We will email the tracking number to the email address provided by you on the day it ships. We are not responsible for packages left outside or in P.O. boxes. It is the customer’s responsibility to retrieve and properly inspect their order. We are not responsible for lost packages or those delivered to the wrong address. However if your products arrive damaged please contact us within three days after arrival so we may issue a return authorization. You will be provided a return authorization number and address in which to send the product back to us within seven business days. Once we receive the product, we will inspect it for damage and send a replacement to the original address provided. Returns are handled on a case by case basis. If you have any unopened cases that you would like to return please contact us as soon as you receive your package.
